We’re so excited to share today’s romantic Arizona Styled Wedding Shoot with you!! Marie Cameron Photography had a vision of a romantic bohemian wedding and her wonderful team of vendors made it come to life!
From the Photographer:
I was inspired by the organic, flowy nature of fabric in the wind. I wanted the styled shoot to feel like a small, intimate elopement but have details that bring the whole thing to life. My close engaged friends immediately jumped on the opportunity to be involved in my idea. I love what came to life and I hope that this shoot will help inspire brides for their own wedding days, especially if a intimate elopement is what their end goal is. I can’t thank the vendors involved enough. Thank you for your time and effort!
Rachel + Stanton are the adorable model couple!! Get to know a little more about them below!!
How did you meet?
We met at our old place of work, we both worked at a steak house when we met. He had just been hired on for what was supposed to be seasonal help and I had been there from the opening. After his first day of work and from the moment we met we were friends. And slowly that friendship became something more. After a couple of dates the rest is history.
Tell us your proposal story!
Anytime either of us needs a break from everything there is one place that we like to go. We both love the desert and that’s exactly where we go, Saguaro National Park. We love to go there and watch the sunset. The night that he proposed he took me to this place which was supposed to be the beginning of our usual date night. We pulled up to our spot and he handed me a rose, he said to wait with my eyes closed and count to 120. After I came out of the car I found a path of rose petals leading out into the desert and four notes along the way. With each note was another rose and at the end of the path there he stood. I met him at the end of the path and just as the sun was starting to set he proposed to me. It was beautiful and I will never forget that night.
What is your favorite date night?
We go to Saguaro National Park for sunset and then head downtown to explore new bars and restaurants!
What is the inspiration behind your wedding?
We are getting married on New Years Eve so the theme goes along with that. It is very rustic farmhouse glitz and glam. Lets just say there will be sparkles everywhere!
Where are you going on your honeymoon?
What do you love most about your fiancé?
I love his ability to light up a room with his contagious smile and laughter.
What are you looking forward to in your marriage?
I look forward to spending everyday with my best friend, the one person who knows me better than anyone else. I look forward to tackling anything life has to bring my way with the one I love. Most of all I can’t wait to see how much is possible as long as we have each other.
